So if you know me at all, you know I love to bake. But for some reason I've always been scared to make any kind of cake from scratch. So I decided to face my fears and try my hand at Red Velvet cupcakes for our small group (3 people had birthdays this week). So I found a recipe on epicurious.com for the cupcakes and a seperate cream cheese frosting recipe...and they tured out really well! I added coconut to some of them - those were my favorite. Next on my list...a layered cake :)
