So you know how I kind of take something I like and go overboard? (HSM 3, cheese hot dogs, Moulin Rouge soundtrack - just to name a few) Well last Friday I met a friend for lunch and got a lobster quesadilla. It was quite good. So, two days later I got a lobster quesadilla again at Union. Apparently I still hadn't had enough lobster quesadillas so I went to the store, bought a LIVE lobster which they cooked for me right there...brought it home, had Shawn take the meat out and I made my own lobster quesadillas with tomatoes, onions, lobster and cheese :) Now I can add lobster quesadillas to my long list of obsessions.

Lobster Quesadillas

So, two days later I got a lobster quesadilla again at Union.
